Using Qayymm

Qayymm is an independent platform for sharing and reading experiences with businesses. Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials, and submit only experiences you are entitled to describe. Do not impersonate another person or business, fabricate transactions, harass others, or disclose someone else's private information.

Reviews and moderation

Reviews should describe firsthand experiences. Explain relevant purchase context and disclose incentives. Overall ratings, service ratings and subjective price levels serve different purposes. Submitted reviews and edits are reviewed before publication. Qayymm may limit, reject, correct attribution, or remove content under its community and moderation rules. A review is an opinion or account supplied by its author, not a guarantee by Qayymm. An evidence badge reflects an evidence review, not confirmation of every statement.

Content and continuing publication

You retain rights you have in your content and permit Qayymm to host, display and moderate it to operate the service, subject to applicable rights and removal decisions. Closing an account does not automatically remove published reviews. Public reviews can remain with the account attribution changed to “Deleted user.” Review text may still contain personal information; privacy and content-removal requests are assessed separately. Reviews may also be separately withdrawn or moderated through the available review processes. Nothing in this notice removes rights that applicable law requires us to honor.

Business profiles and accounts

A brand page is an independent directory listing about a business and is separate from any representative's login. Claiming a business is free and requires independent authority verification. Approved representatives may update their brand's public names, descriptions, categories, website and logo. They cannot change customer ratings, delete customer reviews, access private purchase evidence, or control Qayymm's moderation decisions.

Independent brand pages and lawful expression

Qayymm provides independent consumer information and supports lawful expression, informed purchasing decisions and fair criticism. Brand pages are editorial directory listings, separate from a business representative's account or subscription. A listing does not imply the business's affiliation with, endorsement of, or approval of Qayymm.

Qayymm does not offer voluntary removal of an accurate brand page. A business cannot opt out merely because it does not wish to be reviewed, receives negative feedback, disputes its rating, closes an account, ends a subscription or declines to purchase services. Claiming a page does not give a business control over its continued listing, customer ratings or moderation decisions. Payment does not purchase removal or suppression of legitimate criticism.

Individual reviews and personal information remain subject to separate moderation and applicable law. Disagreement alone does not establish that a review is false, unlawful or in breach of our rules. Report a specific inaccuracy or alleged violation with the page or content URL and supporting information through Qayymm Support. We assess the substance of the report; submitting one does not guarantee removal.

Qayymm may correct inaccurate details, merge duplicate listings or add closure information while preserving lawful review history. An entire brand page may be removed or access to it restricted only where required by applicable law or an enforceable order, or where the listing itself is demonstrably fictitious or attributed to the wrong business and cannot reasonably be corrected. Content that violates our published rules may be moderated separately. Where lawful and appropriate, we address the specific problem rather than erase an accurate listing and unrelated legitimate reviews. Our support for expression does not override privacy, intellectual-property or other rights we are legally required to respect.

Subscriptions

Official replies and inviting or managing additional business members are future subscription features marked Coming Soon. They are not currently available for purchase or use. Prices and subscription-specific conditions will be supplied before a paid service is offered. Payment will not purchase favorable reviews or moderation outcomes.

Support, account closure and listing concerns

Contact Qayymm Support for account recovery, account/profile closure, business-access closure, listing corrections, or specific privacy, content or legal concerns. We may verify identity, authority and the basis of a request before acting. Closing a personal or business account removes access; it does not automatically remove an independent brand page or published reviews. Support does not offer ordinary brand-page deletion or paid reputation cleanup. Reports are handled under the policy above and applicable legal obligations. Support will not ask you to send a password or sign-in code.

Availability and concerns

The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Information can be incomplete or disputed; consider the date, context and number of reviews when making a decision. Report inaccurate, unlawful or privacy-sensitive content through the available reporting or support routes.
