Qayymm separates a shopper's opinion from the facts we can check.
For quick reviews, we average only the service ratings you answer and round to one decimal place. Empty answers and the price meter do not count toward that rating. The store score automatically averages each shopper’s current published review and is shown to one decimal. Pending reviews do not affect the score. Each store has one profile across MENA; country filters use the purchase country recorded on each review.
An admin saw evidence supporting the purchase described. The badge does not mean Qayymm agrees with or guarantees every claim.
Reviews and edits from community members are checked before publication. Active Qayymm administrators publish their own reviews directly. Business claims and official replies still require review. Shoppers can withdraw their reviews immediately.
Reports with fewer than five reviews are labeled Early feedback. A limited sample may not represent every customer experience.
