Scope and contact

This notice explains how Qayymm handles account information, reviews, business verification and support requests. You can contact the Qayymm Support team through the Support page for account and privacy requests.

Information processed

Account information includes an email address, display name, language preferences and authentication/security records. Review information includes your experience, ratings, perceived price level, purchase context and any optional evidence you upload. Business verification and support requests may contain contact details, claimed authority and information supplied to resolve a request. Hosting and authentication services also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Public and private information

Approved reviews, display attribution, ratings and public brand details are visible to visitors. A submitted review is not public before approval. Purchase evidence, account email addresses, support messages and business verification details are not public brand-page fields. Businesses do not receive access to customer purchase evidence. Authorized Qayymm staff may access private information to verify claims, moderate content, provide support or investigate misuse. If a future feature publishes a business contact email, a separate clear disclosure and consent step will be required.

Purposes and service providers

Information is used to authenticate accounts, display and moderate reviews, manage business profiles, verify authority, respond to support requests, and maintain security. Configured hosting, authentication, storage and email infrastructure support these functions. External websites and remotely hosted brand images may receive technical information when your browser loads them or you follow a link. Contact Support with questions about service providers and data handling.

Cookies and account messages

Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions and selected preferences. Account verification and recovery messages contain sensitive security links. Qayymm's account-email service currently stores these messages in an access-restricted inbox. Do not share verification or recovery links, or submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Account closure and retained content

Request profile/account closure through Support so identity and authority can be checked. Sign-in access and account attribution are removed through the closure process. Published reviews can remain under “Deleted user,” and closing a business representative's account does not delete the public brand page. Review text is not automatically stripped of personal information; request a separate privacy/content review where needed. Limited pseudonymous review, moderation, security and support records may remain where needed for the service, disputes or applicable obligations. Closing an account is not a waiver of any applicable privacy right.

Public listings and personal-data rights

An independent brand listing is separate from a login account. Closing an account or making an ordinary business opt-out request does not, by itself, require deletion of the brand page or every review about the business. The Terms & Conditions explain our no-voluntary-removal policy and its narrow exceptions.

Information about sole traders, representatives or reviewers may be personal data. We assess applicable access, correction, objection and erasure rights on their merits, including where information was already publicly available. Depending on the legal requirements and circumstances, we may correct, redact or erase particular personal information, or restrict access. Where lawful and appropriate, we resolve the specific data issue while preserving the independent listing and unrelated legitimate reviews. Neither a business account nor this policy waives rights that applicable law requires us to honor.

Evidence and retention

Private evidence is managed through the evidence-retention workflow. Account closure checks eligible private files and any unresolved evidence holds. Records and files are retained according to their purpose and the status of reviews, requests or disputes. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents, and redact private details from purchase evidence before uploading.

Your requests

Use Support to request access, correction, account closure, or a review of specific personal information or allegedly unlawful content. Identify the relevant page, information and grounds for your request; we may ask for what is needed to verify and safely handle it. Privacy and legal requests are assessed separately from ordinary business objections to being listed. A request does not guarantee deletion, but applicable legal rights and enforceable orders take precedence over ordinary retention.
